Made-to-order catalog rings take 6–8 weeks from order to shipping, the same as in the store. Every ring is made to your finger size and the center stone you choose. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before you order. Re-Creation Custom rings take 7–9 weeks from payment on the approved design.

At this time, Re-Creation Custom consultations are in person at our Sudbury shop only, due to demand. Out-of-town clients can order made-to-order rings from our online catalog.

Yes. Most engagement rings bought from Gerry The Jeweler can be resized free for as long as you own them. We cover labor and materials, and every sizing includes a polish, rhodium plating for white gold, and detailing. You cover shipping both ways. Contact us before you buy, or before you ship a ring to us, to confirm it can be resized and to get shipping instructions. We only resize rings purchased from Gerry The Jeweler.

Our Lifetime Jewelry Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the piece, for the original purchaser. It does not cover normal wear, impact damage, loss or theft. We recommend bringing your jewelry in every six months for a free inspection and cleaning. No. Orders to Canada and the United States ship free of duties and tariffs. U.S. orders ship from within the United States and Canadian orders ship from within Canada, so your ring never crosses a border.

In-stock items can be returned within 10 days (from payment for in-store purchases, or from the first delivery attempt for online orders) in original condition with security tags intact. Refunds apply only to In Stock items that have not been resized, engraved, or altered in any fashion before shipping. For online orders, shipping both ways is deducted from your refund.
