How Re-Creation Custom Works

1. Share Your Exact Design

Upload clear photos or a short video of the exact design you’d like us to recreate, and include the original product link if available.

2. We Recreate It in CAD

We’ll review your design, gather any additional information we need, and recreate it in CAD for you to review..

3. Approve & Receive Your Quote

We’ll render images of your recreated design for approval. Once you approve it, we’ll calculate the exact metal weight and prepare your final price quotation.

Design & Production Timeline

Design: Your recreated design is typically presented within 5–10 working days after your consultation.
Production: Once the design is approved and payment is made, production takes approximately 6–8 weeks.

In-person consultations take place in our goldsmith studio at 1212 LaSalle Blvd, Sudbury, Ontario — free parking on site.

Limit one complimentary Re-Creation Custom design and quotation per client. Additional Re-Creation design and quotation requests will incur a non-refundable $250 fee.

Re-Creation Custom is currently by in-person consultation only.

We have limited capacity for custom work right now, so we're only taking Re-Creation projects for clients who can sit down with us at the shop in Sudbury. That keeps our turnaround honest for the clients we do take on.

If you're outside the area, we can still help: view our collection is online, we ship, and we handle sizing and service after the sale.
